9th October 2009: This event was jointly organised with Emerad Park Residents' Association (EPRA) to celbrate Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Hari Deepavali & Pesta Tanglong; an event meant to capsulate the true Muhibbah 1 Malaysia spirit in Emerald Park.The response from the residents was overwhelming. A large unexpected crowd of at least 200 turned up that night. Food provided ran low, too soon. However, both adults and children had a great time enjoying the songs and dance. For many children, this was their fisrt experience of the lantern festival. Hampes were the prizes for the raffle draw. We hope we can organise a similar event in the future and look forward to enthusiasm and support from our residents.
