Colors of Life Fiesta @ Seremban 2

09 November 2008: The BIGGEST Day of the Year, Colors of Life Charity Walk 2008, was organised by IJM. The walk, 3.5km, was organised to raise funds and all collections will be donated to MAJLIS KANSER NASIONAL (MAKNA), a non-profit organization with the objective of raising funds for MAKNA.











Background
MAKNA, mainly tasked to pool and utilize every effort, expertise and financial aid from every faction of society, and to fight cancer and reduce the related pain, suffering and morbidity that cancer patients and their families often experience. MAKNA registered under the Register of Societies on 10th November 1994 and officially launched on 30th March 1995. MAKNA was founded by Dato’Mohd Farid Ariffin.
